Dr. Gauland specializes in advanced wound care, infection treatment, and foot & ankle injuries. Areas of expertise include diabetic wounds, post-surgical and traumatic wounds, osteomyelitis (bone infections), diabetic foot infections, fracture-related infections, sprains, fractures, Charcot foot, heel pain, Achilles injuries, and sports-related conditions. All of our patients receive compassionate care focused on healing, recovery, and restoring mobility.
